Sawed-off Shotgun
On the set of the sequel Good Will Hunting 2: Hunting Season, Matt Damon (himself reprising his role from the original film) fires a Sawed-Off Double Barrel Shotgun to dispatch Clark (Scott Winters, who also returned from the original). Later, Matt later tosses the shotgun over to his co-star Ben Affleck, but he never fires it.

Crossman Model 2240 CO2 Pistol
Jay (Jason Mewes) and Silent Bob (Kevin Smith) obtain a Crossman 2240 CO2 Pistol at the Provasik building when they free Suzanne from her cage. Later Silent Bob gives the gun to Suzanne, who fires a dart into Willenholly's butt paralyzing him temporarily.
Rope Launcher
When Jay and Silent Bob break into the Provasik building to free the captured animals, Silent Bob uses his trademark rope launcher pistol to get into the building. The pistol is actually a dressed up Crosman CO2 pistol, also seen in the film Mallrats.
