Joel Silverstein holds a remarkable record of technical diving and international publishing experience. His SUB AQUA magazine was a significant voice of the wreck and tech diving community in the 1990s. Today, his company Tech Diving Limited, distributes technical diving equipment and high-level technical diving training to consumers worldwide. In addition he works in the special effects arena for motion pictures doing underwater support and special effects rigging. As an avid firearms enthusiast he is actively involved in training.
