Shotguns Mossberg 500AT/ Remington 870 A pump action shotgun resembling both the [Mossberg 500] and the [Remington 870] can be used by the player and by NPC's. Since the game does not use the real names of its guns, it is difficult to know which shotgun it is modeled after, due to the Mossberg 500 and the Remington 870 being virtually identical guns.

Winchester Model 1887 A Winchester Model 1887 resembling the configuration from Terminator 2 is available fore use in Mafia 3. Lincoln can flip-cock the gun in a manner similar to Arnold Schwarzenegger. Interestingly, the gun does not have a wide lever loop, making the flip-cock almost impossible without breaking one's hand. Because of this, Lincoln appears to use only his thumb inside the loop to work the action.
