Paragraph 78 (Параграф 78; Paragraf 78) is a Russian 2007 horror and unofficial remake of the cult 2000 film Resident Evil.

Doctor on on the station (Aleksey Malashkin) holds unloaded Makarov PM. It's seems, that he previosly used it to protect himlef, but it's only a guess.
Glock 17
Two agents can be seen armed with the Glock 17 pistols, but had never fires it.
TSD Tactical M9X Tac
Doctor (Yusup Bakhshiev) and Fox (Anastasiya Slanevskaya) carry TSD Tactical M9X Tac pistols, which are Airsoft replicas of the Beretta 92F/FS with a frame rail and compensator.
Shotguns
Mossberg 500 Cruiser
Prison guards uses Mossberg 500 Cruiser shotguns at the one moment. All shot of it were blured. Lyuba (Stanislav Duzhnikov) briefly holds another Mossberg 500 Cruiser.
Baikal MP-133
Militia (Russian police) briefly holds Baikal MP-133 shotguns.

AKMS
Goodwin (Gosha Kutsenko), Skiff (Vladimir Vdovichenkov), Fox (Anastasiya Slanevskaya), Spam (Anatoliy Belyy) and Pay (Aziz Beyshenaliev) use AKMS rifles as their duty firearm.
AKS-74
Lyuba (Stanislav Duzhnikov) carries what appears to be an AKS-74.
M4
Pay (Aziz Beyshenaliev) uses an M4 with a failed handguard as his main firearm.
Heckler & Koch G36C
Goodwin's (Gosha Kutsenko) and Festival (Grigoriy Siyatvinda) uses Heckler & Koch G36C as his duty firearm.
