Some IDs

The gun thumbnail for the Tokarev should be changed to the pre-47 version as the wider slide serrations are seen clearly in one screenshot. Also the S&W Model 60 isn't that since it has a 6-shot cylinder - This might actually be a 3-inch Model 65. StanTheMan (talk) 12:55, 29 January 2015 (EST)

What is ID'd as AKM is actually Type 56, it has the hooded front sight. --CnC Fin (talk) 13:22, 9 June 2015 (EDT)
Skimmed the page - The 'Walther PP' looks to be a PPK or PPK/S since it doesn't have the longer slide. The first stainless 'Colt Python' might be something else since the ejector rod underlug isn't squared-off at the muzzle and the vents in the barrel rib don't look right (though that might be motion blur), however the second blued 'Colt Python' doesn't look to have the vented barrel rib at all - That one might instead be a Smith & Wesson Model 586. The 4" S&W Model 10 might actually be a Model 15 since it looks to have the large ramp front sight. The AKMS might be a Norinco Type 56-1 (tough to tell but it looks to have the smooth receiver, not ribbed). The Benelli Nova is actually a semiauto variant, likely an M1 Super 90. The Mossberg is a different gun completely. And finally, the screenshot with the Winchester 1200 also shows an older Winchester Model 1912 shotgun. StanTheMan (talk) 01:25, 1 October 2015 (EDT)
Damn. Lotsa stuff to ID through and correct 'em. Ominae (talk) 09:02, 1 October 2015 (EDT)

Other/'Unknown' IDs

Notes about potential IDs will be listed below in the screencaps:

Left to Right - SIG-Sauer P226R, Possible Smith & Wesson 5944, Taurus Model 66 (stainless, 6" barrel). EDIT - The revolver could also be a 6" Ruger GP100.

Left is the aforementioned SIG P226R. Right appears to be a Smith & Wesson Model 586.

Wanna say a Smith & Wesson Model 15 but not sure, the trigger guard looks a bit off.
Maybe a Colt Trooper? --Funkychinaman (talk) 09:07, 1 October 2015 (EDT)
Looking again, I don't think there's a rod socket, so a Trooper MkI is perhaps a better guess, but that trigger guard still looks off. StanTheMan (talk) 14:25, 1 October 2015 (EDT)

Possibly another S&W Model 586.
This one is ID'd on the main page as a Colt Official Police, which can't be right - The gun looks to have a full underlug shroud, and clearly looks to have a contemporary ramp front sight and adjustable rear sights. StanTheMan (talk) 23:28, 1 October 2015 (EDT)

Stainless Taurus Model 66.
I was thinking Ruger GP100. --Funkychinaman (talk) 07:50, 1 October 2015 (EDT)
Seeing the grips on the main page, this is definitely a GP100. --Funkychinaman (talk) 09:07, 1 October 2015 (EDT)
Indeed, silly me. Looking close you can even almost see the markings (which match the Ruger) in that cap anyway. StanTheMan (talk) 14:25, 1 October 2015 (EDT)

Stainless Taurus Model 65.
It looks like a five shot cylinder. Maybe a Ruger SP101? --Funkychinaman (talk) 07:50, 1 October 2015 (EDT)
Perhaps, but it seems a bit big, and a bit long even for a 3" SP101. Tough to say. StanTheMan (talk) 14:25, 1 October 2015 (EDT)

Smith & Wesson Model 66.

Gordon's SIG

Is it worth noting Gordon carries the same model handgun the character uses in The Dark Knight Rises? That can't be a coincidence. --That's the Way It's Done (talk) 01:22, 8 October 2015 (EDT)

Not really and doubtful. I think it may just be coincidence, SIG P226s seem to be used all throughout here. It could be an intentional connection but even so I don't think it's all that noteworthy given the fact Gordon used S&W autos in Batman Begins and The Dark Knight. But that's just me.
