The Dukes of Hazzard (2005)
The following firearms were used in the film The Dukes of Hazzard:
side-by-side shotgun
Jimmy (Steve Lemme) fires a side-by-side shotgun at Bo and Luke from his father's truck. The father claims the gun is using new "whammy" shells (which he claims scatter less), and shows off a turkey he just shot with a gaping hole in it. In reality, the round itself has a minimal effect on shot pattern, and a muzzle choke is the determining factor of how much it scatters. A slug would give the desired effect of these rounds, but only birdshot is allowed for turkey hunting.
Smith & Wesson model 686
Sheriff Rosco P. Coltrane (M.C. Gainey) keeps a stainless Smith & Wesson Model 686 in his holster, only drawing it once when firing a shot to end the bar fight at the Boar's Nest.
Single Action Army
Boss Hogg (Burt Reynolds) has a replica Single Action Army as the door handles on his Cadillac.
Remington Premier over-and-under shotgun
While in Sheev's bait store, Bo Duke (Seann William Scott) looks at a Over-and-Under Shotgun.
Glock 19
The Hazzard County deputies, including Enos Strate (Michael Weston) and Cletus Hogg (Jack Polick) keep Glock 19 pistols in their holsters, sometimes firing them at Bo and Luke.
Winchester Model 1892
Uncle Jesse (Willie Nelson) keeps a Winchester Model 1892 hung on the wall in his kitchen.
Glock 17
The Georgia State Patrolmen all carry Glock 17 pistols.
Mossberg 590
The Georgia State Patrolmen entering the courthouse during the finale have Mossberg 590 shotguns.
Mossberg 500
Some of the Hazzard County deputies carry Mossberg 500 shotguns. Laurie Pullman (Alice Greczyn) draws one on Luke (Johnny Knoxville) in the last scene of the film, aiming at him through the steamy back window of the General Lee.
