XIII: The Series is an English-language Franco-Canadian TV series that premiered in April 2011 in France and Canada. It draws is concepts from the Belgian graphic novel series created by Jean Van Hamme and William Vance in 1984. The story follows an amnesiac protagonist who seeks to discover his concealed past. The TV series follows the events of the 2008 TV film XIII: The Conspiracy.

During the Pilot episode an unknown assassin shoots XIII with an rifle and then proceeds to finish him off with his pistol an S&W 5906.

Double Barreled Sawn-off Shotgun
An unknown sawn off shotgun is used by Samantha "Sam" Taylor an close friend of XIII which he met during the mini-series XIII:The Conspiracy. She is unable to recognize XIII as he has changed his face yet again.

Kalashnikov AK-47
During the Pilot episode an Romanian guard can be seen holding an Kalashnikov AK-47, as he escorts XIII to the yard.
Barrett M82A1M
The Barrett M82A1M is used by Steve Rowland (Stephen Dorff) in the assassination attempt on President Sheridan in a flashback. It can be identified by it having a lengthened accessory rail, not present on the earlier M82A1, and receiver mounted folding iron sights, which are rail mounted/concealed on the later M107.
Unknown M16 variant riflet
An M16 variant rifle was seen being used by a covert paramilitary group during a flashback. It is believed that Agent XIII partcipated in such attack, which exact purpose is unknown to the government.
