Licence to Kill
The following guns are used in the movie:
Taurus PT92
During the pre-credits sequence, Felix Leiter (David Hedison), gives James Bond (Timothy Dalton) a Taurus PT92 "just in case". Bond uses it during the shootout against the henchmen that attack him, Leiter, and his fellow DEA Agents, using it moments later to shoot the jeep's left front tire. At least two other characters use PT92s, notably Milton Krest (Anthony Zerbe) to shoot at Bond on Krest's boat when he kills a diver and jumps off. Colonel Heller (Don Stroud) uses one as well, using it to kill one of the Asians that attacks the soldiers under his command. The film's armourer states clearly its a Taurus PT92 and not a Beretta M92FS.
Colt Commando Carbine
Felix Leiter and his fellow DEA Agents during the precredits sequence, are armed with Colt Commando Carbines.
Walther PPK
Bond carries his usual Walther PPK as his weapon of choice throughout the film. However, it is seen with a wooden grip rather than the typical plastic.
M16A1 or AR15 SP1
M16A1 or AR15 SP1 rifles with M16A2 style handguards appear in the hands of many users. The DEA Agents and Soldiers that escort the Prison Van carrying the main villian of the film, Franz Sanchez (Robert Davi), and the Soldiers in the fictional country of Istmus use them as well.
Remington 870
Ed Killifer (Everett McGill), the DEA Agent that Sanchez bribed to get him out of custody, is seen carrying a Remington 870 shotgun in the prison van, using it to knock the driver out and take control of the van and run it off a bridge.
Heckler & Koch P9S
One of the two henchmen that accompany Sanchez and his hitman, Dario (Benicio del Toro), is armed with a Heckler & Koch P9S.
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
Virtually all of Sanchez' henchmen throughout the movie are armed with H&K MP5A3 SMGs.
Ingram MAC-10
During the pre-credits sequence, at least one of the henchmen in the jeep uses a MAC-10 SMG.
Smith & Wesson Model 15
When Bond hijacks the seaplane full of money, one of the pilots pulls a Smith & Wesson Model 15 on Bond and attempts to shoot him with it, but Bond knocks it out of the pilot's hand.
Mossberg 500 Crusier
CIA Agent Pam Bouvier (Carey Lowell), during the bar sequence, uses a sawn-off Mossberg 500 Cruiser, using it to threaten Dario, then firing it, hitting a fish hanging off the ceiling, making it dangle, then using it to shoot a hole in the wall so Bond can get to the boat he used to get to the bar.
Beretta 21 Bobcat
Pam carries a stainless steel Beretta 21 Bobcat as her sidearm throughout the movie, giving one to Bond, and grabbing a spare one out of her purse when Bond leaves to check the hotel room. Bond later pulls one out of Pam's leg holster while demanding to know why he saw her with Heller during Bond's assassination attempt on Sanchez. Pam later uses it to wound Dario before he can drop Bond into a cocaine grinder.
Walther P5
During the tour of Sanchez' drug lab, Dario pulls a Walther P5 on Bond.
IMI Micro Uzi
During the climatic tanker chase, one of Sanchez' henchmen and Sanchez himself use IMI Micro Uzis during the chase.
FIM-92A Stinger
During the tanker chase, one of Sanchez' henchmen attempt to use an FIM-92A Stinger to try and kill Bond, but Bond dodges the missile by tilting his tanker on it's left side wheels, making the missile miss and hit another tanker behind him.
