Beretta 92FS Inox
Johnny English (Rowan Atkinson) briefly uses a Beretta 92FS Inox in the church to 'acquire' Patch Quatermain's (Tim McInnerny) wheelchair. This appearance of the gun is likely a tribute to the first film, where it was carried by English as his primary sidearm.
Beretta 92S
A Beretta 92S with black grips is seen in the weapon equipment storage of the Rolls Royce in Switzerland. It can be recognised as a 92S by the magazine release at the base of the grip; it is not an original 92 due to the slide-mounted safety / decocker. Due to a continuity error, it is replaced with a newer 92FS model when English draws it in the Swiss stronghold.

"Golf Bag Minigun"
The Killer Cleaner then fires on Johnny and Tucker with a minigun built into her golf bag.
"Lipstick Gun"
Since Vortex had intended to use Pegasus (Gillian Anderson) the weapon that is used in the attempt on the Chinese Premier's life is a lipstick gun.
