In "Family Affair" (S2E04), Luke (Sam Underwood) briefly uses a Jericho 941 RPSL Semi-Compact. In "Reflction" (S2E05), Luke fires his Jericho 941 Semi-Compact in a abandoned factory, later, Gisele takes the gun.
Former FBI agent Ryan Hardy (Kevin Bacon) carries a Smith & Wesson SW1911SC as his chief sidearm throughout Season 2. Ryan Hardy (Kevin Bacon) is armed with a Smith & Wesson SW1911SC in "Resurrection" (S2E01). Ryan is seen carrying the Smith & Wesson when he enters in the Carlos' house. The Smith & Wesson SW1911SC is used by Ryan to shoot at Luke near the end of "For Joe" (S2E01)

In "Trust Me" (S2E03), Judy (Carrie Preston) takes a SIG-Sauer P232 and tries to shoot Joe Carroll with it, but she discovers that Joe has emptied the gun. In "Reflection" (S2E05), Jamel briefly uses a SIG-Sauer P232 to shoot Ryan while he tries to escape.
Agent Max Hardy (Jessica Stroup) uses a SIG-Sauer P239 as her main sidearm throughout Season 2. In "Reflection" (S2E05), Max briefly uses the SIG-Sauer to threaten Ryan Hardy. In "Fly Away" (S2E06), Max Hardy is seen carying her SIG-Sauer P239 while in a confrontation with Mark.
In "Trust Me" (S2E03), several FBI SWAT agents are armed with M4A1 rifles to clear a home. An Colt M4 can be seen in Lily's armory in "Family Affair" (S2E04). In "Sacrifice" (S2E07), several FBI SWAT agents enter in the Kurt's home with Colt M4's.
