Moscow Heat (Russian title Moskovskaya zhara) is a 2004 Russian English-language action movie directed by Jeff Celentano. Andrew Chambers (Adrian Paul), a NYPD detective, is killed during the attempt to arrest a Russian illegal arms dealer Nikolay Klimov (Richard Tyson). Klimov flees back to Russia where he has powerful patrons. Roger Chambers (Michael York), Andrew's father, and Rudy Sousa (Robert Madrid), Andrew's partner, try to find Klimov in Moscow. They find help from Russian militsia (police) captain Vlad Stepanov (Aleksandr Nevsky).
