Poppies Are Also Flowers (also known as The Poppy Is Also a Flower, Danger Grows Wild and The Opium Connection) is a 1966 made for TV adventure movie directed by Terence Young and based on an idea by Ian Fleming. An international group of anti-narcotics agents struggles against drug traffic in Middle East.
The following weapons are seen in the movie Poppies Are Also Flowers:
Smith & Wesson Military & Police revolvers are used in the opening scene by Benson (Stephen Boyd) and his men. Later M&P revolvers are carried by several of Colonel Salem's officers.
A Colt Model 1903 is Coley Jones' (E.G. Marshall) personal weapon. In the scene in Teheran hotel the pistol is taken from Jones by Linda Benson (Angie Dickinson). In the final scene Linda Benson holds the pistol herself and then returnes it to Jones.
Various characters are seen with unidentified pistols.
