judging from the front sight post and handguard, I'm guessing this is some kind of AR15/M16 or clone maybe an XM-177

The shotgun in this photo doesn't appear to be a remington. it's ejecting from the bottom, could either be a Browning BPS or an Ithaca 37. Ithaca being more likely, or some other shotgun I'm not familiar with.
