Agent 47's custom AMT Hardballers (often referred to as the "Silverballers") makes a re-appearance in the game. The hammer is always down.
Taurus PT 24/7
Taurus PT 24/7's with stainless steel slides can be seen used by Chicago Police Officers. However Chicago PD are only allowed to use models from Beretta, Glock, Ruger, Smith & Wesson, or Springfield Armory and those firearms must be chambered 9mm, .40 S&W, or .45 ACP.
Beretta 92FS Inox
A Beretta 92FS Inox is used by one of Diana's bodyguards to apprehend Agent 47, but is cut short by 47.
EAA Witness Limited Gold Team
A pre-order bonus weapon is the "Bartoli Custom".
Sphinx 3000
The Sphinx 3000 appears as the "Swiss 3000" and has an incorrect 10-round magazine.
Ruger Mk II
A pre-order bonus weapon is the "Krugermeier 2-2".
SIG-Sauer P226
Called the Jagd P22G ingame.
Colt Python
A Colt Python is seen on a newly released screenshot.

A UMP45 is used by one of Diana's bodyguard's to apprehend 47 and also used by Chicago PD officers in the E3 Demo.
M1928A1 Thompson
A pre-order bonus weapon is the "Bronson 1928M".

Sako TRG
A pre-order bonus weapon is the Sako TRG, using the same name of "Kazo TRG" that Blood Money used. Ammo used will determine if it's a TRG-22 or 42. This weapon also appears in the pre-order standalone bonus game Hitman: Sniper Challenge.
