Madeleine Stowe born 18th August 1958 in Eagle Rock, California. The eldest of three sisters, inherited from parents Anglo-Costa Rican Origin. When she was ten years old, started going to piano lessons in order to become a professional pianist. After the unfortunate death of her teacher to abandon the plans for good and went to study journalism at the University of California Sounthern. During the study volunteered to Solaris theater, where she was first noticed spotter and offered her work in television films. After longer performing in productions for the television came in 1987 the first major film role.
