A SIG-Sauer P229 is used by Agent Paul Ballard (Tahmoh Penikett) when he barges into the men's room demanding information from Lubov (Enver Gjokaj) in episode 1.

Boyd carries a revolver, unlike the rest of the Dollhouse security who all carry the SIG.

MP5

The MP5 is a very common firearm for Dollhouse security staff to be seen wielding. The Dollhouse Tactical Team all appear to carry MP5s, I'm not sure of the exact model though.

Laurence Dominic (Reed Diamond) can be seen with one in the second Episode of Season 1 "The Target"

Rifles

Remington 700

Boyd Langdon (Harry Lennix) uses a suppressed Remington 700 during the hostage exchange in episode 1.
