Striptease is a 1995 drama written and directed by Andrew Bergman. Based on the caper novel by Carl Hiaasen, the film stars Demi Moore as Erin Grant, a single mother working as an exotic dancer to pay for an expensive custody battle with her ex-husband (Robert Patrick). Grant's act also attracts the attention of a lecherous United States Congressman (Burt Reynolds).
The following firearms were used in the film Striptease:
During the opening fracas in the Eager Beaver, Dilbeck's aide, Erb Crandall (Robert Stanton) flashes what appears to be a Smith & Wesson Model 36 snub nose revolver.
Darrell Grant (Robert Patrick) steals a Smith & Wesson 4006 from his sister's trailer. Later, when he attempts to fire it at Malcolm Moldowsky (Paul Guilfoyle), nothing happens, and he tosses it away in disgust.
