Serious Sam 3: BFE (Before First Encounter) is an upcoming first-person shooter game in development by Croateam. With a history before the events of The First Encounter, the game promises to take the player to old known places, as well new locations and new monsters.

IMI/Magnum Research Desert Eagle Mark XIX
The Desert Eagle Mark XIX in .50AE is used by Serious Sam as the default handgun. According to the demo, it is incorrectly called the "Colt" and holds an impossible 10 rounds per magazine. When Sam finds it for the first time, he quotes: "Mr. Smith, Mr. Wesson, I'm glad you could make it."
