Red Dead Revolver
The following firearms were featured in the video game Red Dead Revolver.
Pistols
Old Pistol
The Old Pistol is a percussion-era revolver that looks like a cross between a Colt Dragoon, a Colt 1860 Army, and even a little bit of a Remington 1858 New Army (loading lever shape). It is nowhere near a Remington 1875, even if the manual states this (which I doubt).
Six-Shooter
The Six-Shooter is a Bisley model Colt Single Action Army with a cavalry-length barrel.
Revolver/Twin Revolvers
The Revolver/Twin Revolvers are Colt Single Action Armys with long barrels. Jack Swift's primary weapons are the Twin Revolvers.
Pacificador
The Pacificador is closest to a Colt 1851 Navy. "Pacificador" means "Peacemaker" in Spanish.
Inquisitor
The Inquisitor most closely resembles an intricately detailed Colt 1860 Army.
Widowmaker
The Widowmaker resembles a highly embellished Colt Police Positive, but with a single-action trigger and other differences.
Scorpion Revolver
The Scorpion Revolver is closest to a Colt 1860 Army.
Rifles
Halcon Rifle
The Halcon Rifle looks like it could be either a Winchester Model 1873, 1876, or 1886 based on the longer receiver.
Owl Rifle
The Owl Rifle looks like a Spencer 1860 Carbine with a brass receiver.
Repeater Rifle
The Repeater Rifle looks like it could be either a Winchester Model 1873, 1876, or 1886 based on the longer receiver. It features a shortened magazine.
High Caliber Rifle
The High Caliber Rifle looks like a Henry 1860 rifle. It is also the primary weapon for Annie Stoakes and Buffalo Soldier.
Bayonet Rifle
The Bayonet Rifle looks like a Winchester Model 1876 musket-carbine. It is also General Diego's primary weapon.
The Oppressor
The Oppressor, like all the other Winchester-styled rifles in the game, could be any of the models between 1873 and 1886, but I like to think it is represents Tom Horn's Winchester Model 1876.
Shotguns
Breech Loader
A double-barreled shotgun with exposed hammers and incredibly long barrels.
The Lion
Double-barreled shotgun with exposed hammers that looks like a fancy English hunting gun.
12 Gauge Shotgun
Double-barreled shotgun with exposed hammers.
Sawn-Off Shotgun
Double-barreled shotgun with exposed hammers. Barrels have been cut down and most of the stock removed.
Escopeta
Double-barreled shotgun with exposed hammers. "Escopeta" means "shotgun" in Spanish.
Zwei Fasser
Hammer-less double-barreled shotgun. "Zwei Fässer" means "two barrels" in German, like in two barrels of beer, but NOT two gun-barrels, which would be "zwei Läufe". Whoever named the weapon probably used the first translation he could find, without checking further
