Do you want to explain to me why you vandalized a page?

EDIT: I see you've made quite a few comments on various movie/TV show pages. So let me tell you right now: It's unnecessary, and some of what you've done borders on vandalism. Might want to stop it. -MT2008 05:09, 19 December 2010 (UTC)

It makes us look unprofessional, and it's unnecessary. It's like the Wiki equivalent of graffiti. Please refrain from it in the future. -MT2008 05:21, 19 December 2010 (UTC)
Got it. Sorry.--Glock172 05:22, 19 December 2010 (UTC)
Just my two cents
The additional commentary was a little childish and unnecessary at times. Also there is a slight pecking order on IMFDB. If you were the creator of the page or did 99% of the work, then we let a little commentary slide as long as it isn't something that makes us look lame, immature or unprofessional. But you're just putting little quotes into other pages, you're just adding silly little commentary to pages that others took a long time to get 'right'. I can see how the members who built those pages would not appreciate it. The unwritten rule is, don't mess with someone else's page unless you're correcting an error, typo or in some way appreciably improving it. Just an opinion from another MODERATOR here on IMFDB. I can understand that, but what's wrong with putting little quotes from the movie on the screenshot in which they appear? It can give someone a little laugh when they're reading it? I'm not tech savvy. I don't even know how to put images on the page.
Some of them were okay. Others were obnoxious. Those were the ones which caught the eyes of the mods. MoviePropMaster2008 05:36, 19 December 2010 (UTC)

Commentary in the captions

You've been told before about comments in the captions. So please refrain from making ones that aren't necessarily relevant to the actual film. --Ben41 06:58, 30 January 2011 (UTC)

What page did I do that on? In the Line of Fire.

The Kennedys

Do you know if there's any more weapons in this miniseries? Because right now, the page for it is not acceptable. If there's any other weapons, please mention these on the page or it could be subject to deletion. Take a look at a page like Quantum Leap or The Other Guys to see how to properly make a page. Also, please read through the Rules, Standards and Principles page to see what is acceptable. --Ben41 13:35, 16 June 2011 (CDT)

I do believe there are, let me get back to you on that...as for the example pages, I know this may shock you, but if I remember correctly, I started the page for "The Other Guys", assisted in it becoming it's current state, and still edit to this day...

Please link the weapons to the proper gun page and make sure the rifle photo is properly justified (to "none" instead of "right"). I took a look at the revision history for The Other Guys, and the first person to do an edit was Ben41. --Ben41 17:56, 17 June 2011 (CDT)

Okay, I remembered incorrectly, you're right. However, I know for a fact I contributed and still do contribute greatly to it.
