Downtown
Downtown is a 1990 action comedy starring Anthony Edwards as Philadelphia police officer who gets transferred to the toughest precinct in the city and gets partnered with a tough downtown detective (Forest Whitaker) in order to take down a city crime lord. The film was directed by Richard Benjamin.
