Duke Nukem Forever is the longly awaited sequel of Duke Nukem 3D. It is being developed since 1997 by four different studios.
The game is scheduled to be released in June 2011 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Microsoft Windows.
The following weapons can be seen in the video game Duke Nukem Forever:

Duke's primary handgun is a heavily customized M1911-type pistol. The pistol has a golden slide and hammer, is fitted with a laser sight and tritium illuminated sights.
Winchester 1300 Defender
It appears that the Winchester 1300 Defender seen in Duke Nukem 3D will return. It is fitted with front and rear Tacstar pistol grips and a heat-shield.
Pribor-3B
A Pribor-3B assault rifle makes an appearence as the Ripper Chaingun, modified with a side grip and with a picatinny sight rail.
Rocket Propeled Grenade launcher
Belt-fed RPG launcher held like a Sten gun.
Devastator guns
Based on the idea of the Gyrojet light machine gun proposal. The Devastator guns is a rapid-fire rocket launcher that shoots like a machine gun capable of firing Gyrojet type incendiary rounds from 50 round overhead pan magazines. Just as in DN3D, the Devastator is dual weilded.
