The Presidio is a 1988 thriller starring Sean Connery, Mark Harmon, and Meg Ryan that centers around the murder of an MP on the US Army installation at the Presidio in San Francisco. It was directed by Peter Hyams (End of Days and Timecop).
The following firearms can be seen in the film The Presidio :
Austin gives Lt. Col. Alan Caldwell (Sean Connery) a Smith & wesson Model 28 with a 4" barrel to use during the shootout at the water plant. A suspect is also seen taking a Model 28 from a SFPD Inspector and holding it on Austin at the film's beginning.
Sgt. Major MacClure (Jack Warden) is seen using an M1911A1 to threaten Peale at the end of the film. This gun was given to him by Caldwell after MacClure saved his life in Vietnam. Caldwell is also seen using it during water plant shootout.
Tokarev TT-33
A Tokarev TT-33 is supposed to be the weapon that was used in the murder at the beginning of the film, but the handgun seen being fired appears to be a Beretta.
Heckler & Koch SP89
During the final shootout, Peale's henchman Mark (Patrick Kilpatrick) uses the Heckler & Koch SP89 with the forearm removed against Caldwell and Austin. Other henchmen are seen using the H&K's with the foregrips.
Ithaca 37 Stakeout
Spota, another one of Peale's men, fires an Ithaca 37 at Lt. Colonel Caldwell.
Micro-Uzi
Arthur Peale (Mark Blum) is seen opening fire on Caldwell and Austin with a Micro Uzi.
M16A1
The M16A1 is used by the Honor Guard at the end of the film.
