Child's Play (1988)

Child's Play is a 1988 American horror film written by Don Mancini and directed by Tom Holland. The film was released on November 9, 1988 and stars Catherine Hicks, Chris Sarandon and Brad Dourif. The official tagline of the film was "You'll Wish it Was Only Make-Believe."

While being chased by Detective Mike Norris, Charles Lee Ray (Brad Dourif) uses a Smith & Wesson Model 19 Snub to shoot at him several times until he gets severely injured and transfers his soul into the Good Guy doll.

Smith & Wesson Model 10HB

Detective Mike Norris' (Chris Sarandon) sidearm is a Smith & Wesson Model 10 heavy barrel. He uses it while chasing Charles Lee Ray Brad Dourif during the beginning, shooting him in the leg and later in the chest, killing him. He later uses it to shoot at Chucky when he tries to kill him after the car crash. Karen Barclay (Catherine Hicks) later gets a hold of it and uses it to shoot off Chucky's head, arm and leg.

Ruger Blackhawk

Eddie Caputo (Niel Giuntoli) keeps a stainless steel Ruger Blackhawk with a 4 5/8 inch barrel on his nightstand while he is sleeping. He later takes it up after hearing Chucky move around in the house and uses it while checking it for intruders.

Beretta Model 70

Detective Mike Norris gives his back-up gun, a Beretta Model 70 to Karen Barclay Catherine Hicks who uses it to shoot Chucky once in the shoulder before it jams (someting which Chucky teases her for).
