Several police officers are seen firing their revolvers at zombies trying to breach their roadblocks and a senior officer executes a anarchist inciting a unruly mob, the officer later commits suicide with his sidearm. The author comments on how the Nambu Model 60 has largely replaced the S&W Model 37 as the official sidearm for the police but chose the Smith & Wesson to be more unique.
