Superman II is the 1980 sequel to Superman. The movie was shot simultaneously with the first film, but production conflicts led to the firing of original director Richard Donner. The film was completed under the direction of Richard Lester. In 2006, Richard Donner's original vision for the film was released under the title: "Superman II: The Richard Donner Cut".

A cop uses a sawed-off 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun and aims it at Zod until his shotgun gets thrown away by Zod(Terence Stamp). Zod fires several shots into his chest(he's unaffected), comments, "A weapon of some sort."

In the Richard Donner cut, a soldier guarding the White House is seen firing the M60 at General Zod before Non (Jack O' Halloran) takes the machine gun and breaks it in half.
M16 Rifle
Several Secret Service agents and U.S. soldiers use M16s to protect the President. In the Richard Donner cut, General Zod is seen using an M16 to kill several agents.
Armalite AR-10
American soldiers can be seen using Armalite AR-10 rifles when General Zod, Ursa, and Non attacked the White House.
M3 "Grease Gun"
A U.S. Army commande uses an M3 "Grease Gun" to shoot at Zod, Non, and Ursalla.
M1911A1
Several agents and U.S. Military soldiers use M1911A1s.
M9A1 Bazooka
A soldier is seen firing an M9A1 Bazooka, but Non catches the rocket with his super speed.
M20 Super Bazooka
In the extended cut, a soldier is seen firing an M20 "Super Bazooka" at a wall after Zod, Ursa, and Non dodges the White House security guard's bullets.
MAT-49
Several terrorists on the tower in Paris carry MAT-49s. Some have their stock removed.
