Seen briefly in a cops holster is a Smith & Wesson Model 10 as they escort James Cole (Bruce Willis) to the mental institution.
Unknown Revolver
During the scene in World War I a soldier is seen with an unknown revolver.
M1903 Springfield
M1903 Springfield rifles with fixed bayonets are used by soldiers when Cole is sent accidentally back to World War I rather than 1996. This is somewhat odd, as the soldiers using them are French, and the Springfield was an American rifle.
Unknown Revolver
At one point in the movie James Cole (Bruce Willis) disarms a thug of this revolver and uses it for part of the film before leaving it under a truck.
Unknown Machine Gun
During the presentation by Kathryn Railley (Madeleine Stowe) we see a slide of a World War I soldier manning an unknown machine gun.
Unknown Pistol
As the cops raid the hotel one can be seen with a stainless pistol of some sort.
Unknown Shotgun
A cop with an unknown shotgun, possibly a Mossberg, as they raid the hotel.
Beretta 92FS
Both the guard at the mansion and a cop at the airport have a Beretta 92FS pistol.

Another of the airport cops has a Glock 17 pistol.
LeMat Revolver
Jose (Jon Seda) gives this LeMat Revolver to James Cole (Bruce Willis) at the airport.
