Smith & Wesson SW99 Carried by several characters throughout Season 3 including CTU Agent Baker (Daniel Dae Kim ) This is the cheaper American made copy of the Walther P99, recognized by the curved trigger guard.

Walther PPK Stolen out of the Hotel Security Chief's desk by an employee attempting to escape the hotel, it appears briefly in several scenes before Michelle Dessler confronts and disarms the employee. The hammer is the give away that the pistol is a PPK and not a SIG-Sauer P232, that and the general shape of the gun is radically different. A PPK was handed to Jack to "kill" Chase, but is not loaded.
