Nice, but where's the trigger? This article or section is incomplete. You can help IMFDB by expanding it. |
- I just bought this movie and I'll start it when i get home later. -The Winchester 16:33, 19 June 2009 (UTC)
The following weapons were used in the film Death Sentence:
Rossi Overland Double-Barreled 12 Gauge Shotgun
Nick Hume (Kevin Bacon) chooses this double-barrel Rossi Overland 12 Gauge shotgun as his primary weapon in his mission against Darley's gang for revenge. The Rossi Overland is typically seen with 20 inch barrels, this is the 26 inch barrel variant.
Mossberg 500 Persuader
A couple of these 12 Gauge shotguns can be seen in the hands of Billy Darley (Garrett Hedlund) and another gang member in the murder scene at the gas station, it is used by Billy to blow away the clerk when he goes for his behind the counter gun. It can also be seen in the hands of Jamie (Dennis Keiffer) in the battle inside "the office".
Remington 870
A sawed-off pistol gripped Remington 870 can be seen in the raid on the Hume residence in the hands of Baggy (Kanin J. Howell) and again in the scene at "The Office" near the end shortly before Mr. Hume kills him.

M1911A1
Nick Hume (Kevin Bacon) decides on a M1911A1 .45ACP pistol as his main sidearm after purchasing it from Bones (John Goodman). This weapon can also be seen in the hands of the gangmember known as Tommy (Freddy Bouciegues) who fires it multiple times at Mr. Hume before being killed in the parking garage scene.
He fires over 16 rounds from it at the end. Whats the deal with that? Is it possible that they used a para hi-cap model for the gun fight scene, and a standard 1911 in the other scenes? It's Hollywood, if he wanted he could fire 10,000,000 rounds without reloading.
Colt Python
Nick Hume (Kevin Bacon) opts for this .357 Magnum revolver with the 6 inch barrel and nickel finish as one of the two handguns he buys. He uses it in two finishing executions.
Magnum Research Inc. Mark XIX Desert Eagle
Bones Darley (John Goodman) recommends that Nick Hume (Kevin Bacon) consider the Desert Eagle for his vigilante needs. He refers to the Desert Eagle as the "sword of justice" and the "king of mayhem." Nick opts for a .357 magnum revolver, a M1911, and a long 12-gauge shotgun instead.
Beretta 92FS
Billy Darley (Garrett Hedlund) Is seen throughout the movie using this as his weapon of choice.
Pump shotgun
I though this was a Winchester 1200, but it has a rounded bolt. The receiver is closest to a Stevens 67, but the magazine tube end isn't the same. --Predator20 02:50, 27 January 2010 (UTC)
Sig Sauer P226
Bodie (Edi Gathegi) is armed with a Sig Sauer P226 throughout much of the film, specifically near the end during the shoot-out in "The Office". The P226 can also be seen on Heco's (Hector Atreyu Ruiz) coffee table when Mr. Hume busts in, Hume prevents him from accessing it however with a shotgun blast to the table.
Colt Gold Cup National Match

The stainless version of this pistol can be seen on the wall inside Bones' vault when Mr. Hume goes to purchase weapons.
