a light machine gun used as door guns on the SA-2 Samson tiltroters helicopters, and as a assault rifle by ten foot tall Avatars. used a detachable drum magazine instead of a ammo belt.
Modified unknown Bullpup rifle
Seen used by the RDA SecFor on Pandora in the trailers. According to the "Human Hardware" featurette the weapons are made by the fictional company "MATANZA ARMS CORP.". The props, realized by Weta Workshop, have been build in at least 2 variants: the Standard Issue Rifle and the Personal Defence Weapon.

Seen used by RDA operatives in the trailers.

A Revolver would be a good chose for enclosed environment. one less brass flying everywhere and getting lodged in sensitive machinery, and forces the user to aim more, and not hit sensitive machinery. Rex095
