The following guns were used in the film Surveillance:

Beretta 92FS

Officer Jack Bennet (Kent Harper) carries a Beretta 92FS Inox as his sidearm in the film. During scenes where a firing weapon wasn't required or too dangerous for the other actors it switches to a nickel plated replica.
