Beretta 92FS

Standard Issue side-arm for the US military and is used in various episodes throughout JAG by Lieutenant Commander Harmon Rabb, Admiral A.J. Chegwidden, Lieutenant Colonel Sarah Mackenzie and various other US Military personnel.

MP5N

Used in episodes featuring the Navy SEALs with and without silencers.

MP5K

Used by Rabb to rescue Lieutenant Painter in "Defensive Action" and to prove his point by shooting the courtroom ceiling in "Heroes"

M16A2

Used by the US Marines in the series as their standard Issued Rifle, incorrectly as having a fully automatic function. Can be seen in the episode "Code of Conduct" being used by the SEALs and incorrectly shown being used by a US Army Special Forces Soldier in "Tribunal".

M4 Carbine

Used by Marines in the episodes "The Boast" and "Death at the Mosque".

Colt M1911A1

Used by Jason Magida in the episode "Secrets" when he holds the JAG staff hostage, also used by Admiral Chegwidden in "Ghosts" to hold Osbourne at gun point. Used by then Lieutenant Boone in "A Separate Peace" to shoot and kill An Le Tam.

FN M249 SAW

Used by Marines when advancing to their target in "Death at the Mosque"

Benelli M3 Super 90 shotgun

Used by the Admiral and Harm in "Going After Francesca"
