The Siege of Firebase Gloria is a 1989 Vietnam War film directed by Brian Trenchard-Smith and starring R. Lee Ermey and Wings Hauser as US Marines on a Long Range Recon Patrol who find themselves at Firebase Gloria, an isolated American fire support base that appears to be on the verge of an all-out assault by both the NVA and the Viet Cong on the eve of the Tet Offensive. The cast for the Australian production includes Albert Popwell , Robert Arevalo , and Gary Hershberger .
