CZ 75 "Pre-B"
A CZ 75 "Pre-B" is seen in "Chapter Forty-Four: No Exit" in Archie's hallucination of the shooting at Pop's Chock'lit Shoppe. It's seen with Hal Cooper (Lochlyn Munro) at the end of "Chapter Fifty-Seven: Survive the Night".
Glock 17
A Glock 17 is seen in "Chapter Fifty-Two: The Raid" with a Gargoyle gangster during a raid on an apartment building. They're also used by the FBI as their sidearm.
Walther PP
A Walther PP in a stainless finish is seen with Mulwray (Kelly Ripa) in "Chapter Forty-Six: The Red Dahlia".
Walther P38
A Walther P38 is seen with Kurtz (Jonathan Whitsell), first seen in "Chapter Fifty-Two: The Raid" as his main sidearm.

The Remington Model 870 is used by guards from the Leopold and Loeb Juvenile Center, first seen in "Chapter Forty: The Great Escape". Terrence "Pop" Tate (Alvin Sanders) uses one with a short barrel as as a self-defense weapon in case someone tries to rob Pop's Chock'lit Shoppe. Lodge Detention Center guard use them in "Chapter Fifty-Seven: Survive the Night".
They're seen with law enforcement agencies from time to time.
