The Beretta 92FS is probably the most featured handgun of the show, mostly as the sidearm for the Camden County police dept. S1ep02: Donny Jones (Silas Weir Mitchell) steal a Beretta 92FS of a police officer and runs away with it. S2ep11: Diego (John Leguizamo) keeps dual Berettas, firing them akimbo at the end of the episode. Catalina's brother (Ray Santiago) is also seen with one 92FS when they bandits question a farmer. S2ep12: Officer Bobbi Bowman (Kathy Kinney) pulls out a Beretta 92FS when he spots Earl and Randy robbing a garage. S2ep20: Little Chubby (Norm MacDonald) also keeps a Beretta as his sidearm in "Two Balls, Two Strikes". S3ep07: Officer Bob Smiley's (George Frangides) uses a 92FS when arresting Earl and Randy for home invasion. Officer Stuart Daniels (Mike O'Malley) accidentally fires his 92FS at the carnival, and later at the trailer park. Officer Hoyne (Billy Gardell) is also seen with a Beretta during a chase. S3ep17: In "No Heads and a Duffel Bag", Carl Hickey (Beau Bridges) takes a Beretta to stop the marijuana dealer Circus (Michael Peña).
S1ep02: A nickel M1911A1 is visible on the cover of a magazine at the gun store where Joy buys the S&W Model 29 and the crossbow. S3ep04: Cutaway image of an M1911-type pistol can be seen on a poster at the FBI office. S4ep27: In "Dodge's Dad", Little Chubby (Norm MacDonald) uses a customized M1911A1.
S4ep19: Thomas (Danny Glover) uses a Smith & Wesson 5904 in "My Name is Alias". S4ep24: In "Gospel", a drunk Earl (Jason Lee) uses another 5904 (this time a newer model with rounded trigger guard) to try and get Randy to catch a bullet, accidentally shooting him in the hand.
S1ep22: Both Earl (Jason Lee) and Creepy Rodney (Clint Howard) use a Smith & Wesson Model 19 Snub Nose loaded with blanks in "Stole a Badge". S3ep10: Frank (Michael Rapaport) pulls out a Model 19 Snubnose when he tries to recover his hidden stash from Joy's trailer. Ray-ray (D.J. Qualls) takes the revolver from Frank, tries to shoot him, but the gun is not loaded.
S1ep22: Also in "Stole a Badge", officer Stuart Daniels (Mike O'Malley) tries to give Earl a Smith & Wesson Model 36. S2ep05: Ralph (Giovanni Ribisi) pulls out a Model 36 when he discovers that Earl had sex with his mother many years ago.
S1ep2: The flashbacks of the list item "stole a car from a one legged girl" shows Didi (Tracy Ashton) firing a 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun at Earl (Jason Lee). The same scene is also seen in S1Ep09 "Cost Dad the Election", S2Ep17 "The Birthday Party" and S3Ep21 "Camdenites". S3ep04: A double barreled shotgun is seen in a crate next to some other weapons.
S1ep17: A prison guard (Countrified Wedman) holds a Remington 870 when Earl tries to do a little voluntary government work in order to pay back the missed taxes. S3ep4: Randy (Ethan Suplee), Frank (Michael Rapaport) and Earl use Remington 870's in "The Frank Factor" while rehearsing the Indian Casino robbery. S3ep14: Sissy (Jane Lynch) fires a 870 when Randy and Joy rescue Earl from her house. S3ep22: Billie (Alyssa Milano) shoots at Earl with a 870 in Earl's nightmare.
S4ep24: in "Gospel", Reverend Green AKA Hash Brown (Faizon Love) uses an Interdynamic KG-9 capable of full-automatic fire. This is actually an airsoft replica made Maruzen, identifiable by the unique extended barrel and upper receiver, as well as the visible lack of ejector screw on the bolt.
S4ep4: Young Joe is seen with a Lee-Enfield No.1 Mk.III* during the Korean War. The rifle is probably a continuity error, as he was handling an M1 Garand earlier.
S2ep10 & S2ep11: Diego's henchman (Emilio Rivera) and Catalina's brother (Ray Santiago) carry AKM rifles in Mexico.S4ep19: Several unnamed henchmen also use AKMs in "My Name is Alias". S4ep24: Green also keeps several AKM's in the back of his truck.
S4ep19: Thomas uses a Remington Model 7 to carry out a long distance assassination in "My Name is Alias".

S1ep02: A Barrett M82A1 is seen in a cabinet behind the clerk at the gun store.
S4ep4: Various bolt-action rifles can be seen in Joe's gun cabinet.

S2ep14: A Browning M1919A4 can be seen in the funeral house, when the Funeral Director sets-up the Vietnam-style scene for a fallen veteran.
S4ep04: Joe (John Amos) is seen handling several Mk 2 hand grenades during the defense of his home. Later he accidentally removes the pin, and gives the grenade to Earl (Jason Lee) to "disarm" it.
S1ep09: In "Cost Dad the Election" Earl trows a bear can at Officer Bob Smiley's (George Frangides) car. The officer stops Joy's vehicle and pulls out an Advanced M26 Taser when Joy refuses to stay in the car. Four years later the same cop also uses the Taser against Earl. S1ep17: Officer Bob Smiley pulls out the Taser (again) when he sees Earl doing voluntary government work by fixing a hole in the road. This time Earl convinces him not to shoot. S4ep21: In "Witch Lady" another cop (Randy Brenner) also uses an M26 Taser to neutralize the "witch". That scene takes place in the 1980s, making the M26 Taser heavily anachronistic.
S1ep20: Alby (Malcolm David Kelley) shoots at Earl with two paintball guns when Earl volunteers to be the kid's slave for a day. S4ep24: Reverend Green AKA Hash Brown (Faizon Love) fires with a paintball gun at the "devil".
S1ep23: In a flashback Young Earl (Noah Crawford) uses a Red Ryder BB Gun to shoot Young Gwen Waters in the butt. He cocks the lever several times, which would prove unnecessary due to its coiled spring action.
S1ep02: Earl (Jason Lee) uses a water gun to rob a quick store, but his attempt goes south when he accidentally fries the pistol. The water gun resembles a Smith & Wesson semiautomatic, but it does not appear to be a specific model.
