Water Thieves Pohititeli vody ) is a 1992 Russian action comedy directed by Vladimir Feoktistov and Mark Orlov. Ivan Mukhin (Sergei Rozhentsev ), a lifeguard on a beach in small town, counters mafia under the "Director" (Algis Matulionis ) who plans to take control on local municipal services.
