Cops and Robbers (Russian: Полицейские и воры; Politseiskiye i vory) is a 1997 Russian adventure comedy movie, remake of the 1951 Italian movie Guardie e ladri.

Reck Cobra
Slava (Vyacheslav Nevinnyy) uses Reck Cobra as his duty sidearm throughout the movie. At the one scene, the boy, named Garik (Aleksey Antonov II) fires it. Most likely, it's the same movie prop, that later appeared in the Not Gona Get Us (Nas ne dogonish).
