This Heavy MG can be seen manned by one of the guards in the car shop.

Beretta M9

Sawed off Double Barrel Shotgun
Hennessey (Joan Allen) keeps this weapon under her desk attached to a spinning mount so she can point easily at whoever is standing in front of her. She does this when she told the guards to take off Jensen's cuffs off to establish a little nice about her but she was prepared if Jensen wanted to move on her.
- This is a new production Remington Spartan double barrel shotgun. (formerly by the brand Baikal) This has internal firing pins where the hammers have to be cocked to arm the internal pins but don't actually strike outside exposed firing pins like the true cowboy coach guns fitted with hammers.
M60
Taser
Used by guards on Jensen Ames (Jason Statham) & Pachenko (Max Ryan) to stop the fight.
Cars
It seemed easier to list the guns per vehicle instead of vice-versa.

- Mini Guns
2 of them are hood-mounted on the passenger side. Coach (Ian McShane) said they are "30mm machine guns"
- In reality they are M134 (Army) or Gau-2/A (Air Force) mini guns that fire 7.62 rounds. Nowhere near a 30mm. 30mm is what is flown on the A-10 Warthog aircraft in the Air Force. what he could of been trying to say was that it was .30 caliber but the script writers got it wrong.
- Fuel Tank
While technically not a gun, it is used very ingeniously by Ames to get some guards off his tail.
- "The Tombstone"
Six-inch steel rear armor plate that, combined with high speed, becomes a useful projectile. Used by the original Frankenstein (David Carradine) in the first race and Jensen Ames at an attempt to take out Machine Gun Joe Mason (Tyrese Gibson) out of the final race.
