So there's this game, Legendary, on Steam. It seems to have some realistic looking weapons. I have the game and can take a few pictures, but I'm no good at identifying weapons.

Here is a small album of them, so someone more acquainted with this wiki can upload and categorize them :)

Not sure on the pistol, but the subgun is a Heckler & Koch UMP. There's also a Desert Eagle and a SAW variant in the game, and you should figure out a way to get your money back because Legendary is horrible. Evil Tim 04:28, 31 December 2011 (CST)
That entirely depends on the person who is playing it, I didn't think it was a bad game, but I know it wasn't particular great either way, average at best. It had the potential of being a good game but it failed due to bad advertising and poor critic reviews, pity everyone was too focused on graphics. As for the Pistol and Shotgun, the Pistol looks like an amalgamation of the Walther P99, H&K UCP and Ruger P89. The Shotgun in-game in early footage looked like the Benelli M1014 but now it looks completely different, http://www.gamesradar.com/xbox-360/legendary/slideshow/#screenshot/369204 there's alot of good screenshots of the gun here as well as some early gameplay Draco122 11:59, 31 December 2011 (CST)
It failed because it's bad. To the extent the advertising went the route of "pretend quotes from previews are quotes from reviews." These are the same guys who made Turning Point: Fall of Liberty, and apparently when they think "dangerous mythical creature of legend" it summons the image in their mind of a trundling strawberry. There is also a assault rifle based on a Heckler & Koch G36.--Flavio 06:19, 31 December 2011 (CST)

Pistol looks more like a Walther P22 (front and rear serrations with manual safety) than anything else. As for the SMG, looks like an SG 552 with a fictional SMG lower. --commando552 13:48, 31 December 2011 (CST)

I dunno, there's airsoft RIS front ends for UMPs that look a lot like that one. It's probably some cheapass frankenclone. Evil Tim 18:07, 31 December 2011 (CST)
Assuming we are talking about the same gun (TechLite Arms SMP-9) I can't see any UMP in it at all apart from the magazine and the pictogram fire selector markings (which are in the wrong place for a UMP). The gun is pretty much this:

With this kind of handguard:

with an SMG magazine well slapped on the bottom and the stock removed. The front and rear sights, charging handle, gas block, flash hider and handguard are all perfect for an SG 552 with RIS handguard. --commando552 19:19, 31 December 2011 (CST)

Going To Work On This Page

If there is no problem, I'm going to start creating this page.--SeanWolf (talk) 20:19, 4 April 2016 (EDT)

OK, finished the page as of now, but wow are some of these weapons hard to I.D properly.--SeanWolf (talk) 13:27, 5 April 2016 (EDT)
