The Green Glove was filmed in 1952 with Glenn Ford as an American GI who travels to France after the end of World War II to try and recover a jewel-encrusted glove that has been pillaged from a country church during the hostilities. He quest leads him to a beautiful tour guide played by Geraldine Brooks and an unsavory Nazi collaborator played by George MaCready whom he had fought during the war.
