LAPD 2019 Blaster
Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford) once again uses his Blade Runner blaster for the film. This pistol also is seen in the hands of Officer K (Ryan Gosling).

K (Ryan Gosling) also uses his own Blade Runner handgun similar to Deckard's in the film. This blaster is first used by K to threaten Sapper (Dave Bautista). According to an interview with Prop Master Doug Harlocker by Adam Savage (of Mythbusters fame), there is no real gun inside the 2049 version as attempting to put a functional revolver inside the weapon made it appear too "fat," and firing effects from the gun are CG only. The prop does "cycle" using an electromagnet linked to the trigger that makes a block at the rear move forward, and has a single LED on the front of the trigger guard.

Luv (Sylvia Hoeks) carries a double-barreled blaster as her weapon of choice.
