Toorop is upset he was sold a defective firearm and returns it to the seller for his money back.
The Vector coincidentally must be fired with two hands. The shooters weak hand must engage the red button at the front of the trigger gaurd for the pistol to function. The irony is, someone not acquainted with the firearm would not be able to operate it, hence Toorop returning the pistol he feels is defective. The question is: Does Toorop not know the firearm or was this an idea come up with on set for the scene?
Actually I believe the safety is engaged when the lever is pushed back.

Um, wouldnt it be easier to get an M4A1 instead of converting a M4? Plus, the m4 Toorop had during that shootout was full auto. And M4s come with removable handrails. ALL M4 series have removable handrails.
Note: Not an M4A1 in the pictures below, because the carrying handle isn't removable.

Custom M1911
The High Priestess uses a highly customized 1911 to kill Darquandier. It was revealed, the gun is a "WE Hi Capa 5.1 Full Metal Dragon (Type B) Black Model" Airsoft gun with blue LED lights in the grip.
Altough no pistol is named "hicapa", some competition shooting pistols made namely by SVI and Limcat are very similar to the "hicapa" used in the movie.
The right appeletation varies from model to model. The general term used is 2011 (derived from the evolution of a 1911). It is basically a double stacked 1911, allowing more than 7 bullets to be stored in the magasine, hence the nickname "hicapa".
The specific hybrid slide setup is not uncommon for a precision shooting pistol, although it is usually only the top of the slide that is cut.
