Saw 3D
Nice, but where's the trigger? This article or section is incomplete. You can help IMFDB by expanding it. |
The following weapons were used in the film Saw 3D:
Beretta 92FS
A Beretta 92FS once again makes an appearance in a Saw film this time as Detective Matt Gibson's (Chad Donella) sidearm. He carries it throughout the film and draws it when searching for Hoffman with Det. Rogers and later when raiding another supposed hideout for Hoffman with two police officers, he never fires it.
Glock 17
A Glock 17 can first be seen in a flashback as Det. Gibson's (Chad Donella) sidearm as a street officer when he is attacked by a hobo and then "saved" by Det. Hoffman (Costas Mandylor) who uses his own Glock to brutally shoot the surrendering man who dropped the Glock when confronted. Hoffman later reacquires a Glock from a murdered officer in the police station massacre and uses it to kill at least one Detective and threaten Jill Tuck with it.
Smith & Wesson Model 5946
Briefly seen near the end of the film as he destroys evidence from the previous films, we see Hoffman (Costas Mandylor) toss the pistol in a bag of cash before zipping it up and taking it with him. Could it possibly be Eric Matthews' sidearm once again?
Remington 870
We first see this shotgun in Detective Rogers (Laurence Anthony) possession as he and Gibson clear the area where Hoffman made the tape to Jill. We then see it again in a police officer's hands who is helping Gibson clear the area where Hoffman may be hiding. Gibson (Chad Donella) briefly borrows it to break the mirror revealing the hidden passage way to the hideout.
Mossberg 500 Persuader
One of the officers that accompanies Det. Gibson into the hideout can be seen carrying this Mossberg 500 variant.
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
The Heckler & Koch MP5A3 submachine gun with the collapsible stock and a railed forearm with accessories can be seen in the hands of multiple SWAT Officers near the film's finale as they raid the game house.
Heckler & Koch UMP45
The Heckler & Koch UMP45 can be seen in the hands of at least a couple of the SWAT officers raiding the game house, specifically the Lead SWAT Officer (Simon Northwood).
PKM Machine Gun
When Det. Gibson and the two officers search the supposed hideout of Hoffman they are greeted by a trap that appears to be a rigged up variant of a belt-fed PKM machine gun with an EOTech sight mounted on top. The only way I could think of Hoffman getting that is from the evidence lockup in the police station.
