M1928A1

This weapon is used by Capone's (Jason Robards) hitmen during the Massacre. This is a big mistake because the M1928A1 was made in the 40's when this take place in the late 20's early 30's, They would more likely have used the M1928 with front pistol grip. Another mistake is the fact that in real life one Thompson held a 50 round drum while the other held a 20 round clip while in the film they both carry 50 round drums.

12 Double Barrel Shotgun

In the Massacre the two Capone hitmen disguised as police men use this on Moran's men. This is correct because it said 4 shotgun shells were fired.

Winchester M1912

In a street fight we can see a mobster use what looks like a Winchester Model 1912.

Colt Police Positive

The hitmen who tell Moran's men to line up on the wall during the massacre use Colt Police Positive revolvers. This makes sence to use a weapon used by Cops.
