The following weapons were used in the film Hancock:
Officers of the Los Angeles Police Department are mainly seen armed with Beretta 92FS pistols during the bank shootout.
Glock 17
One of the FBI agents is seen firing a Glock 17 during the bank shootout.
SIG-Sauer P228
A FBI agent is seen with a SIG-Sauer P228 during the bank shootout. A criminal during the credits (Mike Epps) is also seen with a SIG P228 and uses it to hold a woman hostage before Hancock intervenes.
Smith & Wesson Model 66
A criminal trying to rob a convenience store is armed with a Smith & Wesson Model 66. When Hancock tries to dispatch him with a candy bar, the thief fires off two shots before flying out the window. Hancock then realizes the .357 Magnum rounds wounded him.
Heckler & Koch Mark 23
One of the criminals who comes to the hospital to get revenge on Hancock brings a Heckler & Koch Mark 23.
One of the Asian gangsters during the freeway chase is seen using a Brügger and Thomet MP9 to shoot at the cops. He tries to shoot Hancock (Will Smith) with it but the bullets deflect off his skin and break his liquor bottle, which angers him enough to apprehend him and his friends.
Cobray M11/9
A Cobray M11/9 is used by one of the Asian gangsters during the freeway chase. He tries to shoot Hancock with it but the bullets deflect off him.
Heckler & Koch UMP
One of the criminals in the hospital trying to get revenge on Hancock fires at him with a Heckler & Koch UMP.
Shotguns
Serbu Super Shorty
One of the criminals trying to rob the convenience store is seen with a Serbu Super Shorty shotgun. He is pulled through the counter and smashed into a store fridge by Hancock before he can use it.

Special
Assault Rifles
M4A1
LAPD SWAT officers and patrol officers are seen using M4A1 rifles fitted with ACOG scopes and Surefire M900 tactical lights.
Colt Model 933
One of the bank robbers is seen using a Colt Model 933 fitted with an SIR rail system and surefire M900 foregrip/tac light. This could, while extremely unlikely, be a reference to Heat, as the M933 is the removable-rail verison of the M733 which was used by Val Kilmer.
Michael Mann was the producer, so it could be. That's why the shootout is so cool. - Gunmaster45
Heckler and Koch G36K
One of the bankrobbers is seen using a Heckler & Koch G36K during the bank shootout.
One of the criminals in the hospital trying to get revenge on Hancock fires at him with a FN FAL Carbine, likely a DSA SA58 OSW.
Special
Sniper Rifles
Remington 700PSS
LAPD SWAT snipers use Remington 700PSS rifles during the bank shootout.
Barrett M107A1 Custom
A Barrett M107A1 converted to full auto and fitted with an extended curved magazine and large muzzle brake is used by one of the bankrobbers during the shootout. The officers on the scene refer to it as "heavy artillery, possibly .50 caliber or bigger," presumably meaning it is supposed to be a Barrett XM109. Due to the recoil emitted by a handheld full-auto .50 caliber, the bipod has to be used as a foregrip.
Special
Launchers
MGL Grenade Launcher
An unknown MGL Grenade Launcher is used by one of the bankrobbers to shoot at Hancock, but the rounds deflect off his skin.
