What appears to be a Smith & Wesson 3906, which is the stainless version of the Smith & Wesson 3904, is seen on a table in the home of Michael Karharias.
In "Nest of Angels" (S02E02), authorized firearms officers are seen armed with Heckler & Koch MP5A3s, being used against Muhammed Ibhn Khaldun (Alexander Siddig). "Special Forces" operators are also seen with them while Ruth is listing possible threats for the week in "I Spy Apocalypse" (S02E05).
