A criminal uses a Tokarev TT-33 (episode 4).
Beretta 92FS
Mello, a.k.a Mihael Keel uses an Beretta 92FS similar to those in Romeo + Juliet throughout the manga and anime. This was used during the police force assault and the kidnapping of Kiyomi Takada. Earlier on, it was used by Wedy. Slide says 9mm Sword Cutlass, a throwback to Black Lagoon?
Glock 17L
Takada's bodyguards use Glock 17L pistols to kill Matt.
Smith & Wesson Model 36
Matsuda pulls a new production Smith & Wesson Model 36 on Light and shoots him several time leaving him fatally injured.
Taurus Model 431
Kyosuke Higuchi used Taurus Model 431 when he tried to commit suicide, but this gun was shot out of his hands.
Nambu Model 60
A few characters were armed with a Nambu Model 60
Submachine guns
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
Soichiro and Ide are armed with MP5s during the storming of Mello's base.
IMI Uzi
The Uzi is used by a member of Mello's gang. It was fired at Soichiro Yagami's back, wounding him. The user, a man named Jose, was killed by Matsuda shortly afterwards.
NOTE: In the manga, the gun used to shoot Soichiro is a Skorpion SA Vz 61.
Other
Flare Gun
Matt carries an unknown model of flare gun on him at all times. It appears to only be able to fire smoke grenades.
Unknown Sniper Rifle
Watari uses an unknown sniper rifle to disarm Higuchi on the Toyko Bridge. Probably a Remington 700 or M24.
