Mello, a.k.a Mihael Keel uses an Beretta 92FS similar to those in Romeo + Juliet throughout the manga and anime. This was used during the police force assault and the kidnapping of Kiyomi Takada. Earlier on, it was used by Wedy. Slide says 9mm Sword Cutlass, a throwback to Black Lagoon?

Takada's bodyguards use Glock 17L pistols to kill Matt.

IMI Uzi

The Uzi is used by a member of Mello's gang. It was fired at Soichiro Yagami's back, wounding him. The user, a man named Jose, was killed by Matsuda shortly afterwards.
NOTE: In the manga, the gun used to shoot Soichiro is a Skorpion SA Vz 61.

Flare Gun

Matt carries an unknown model of flare gun on him at all times. It appears to only be able to fire smoke grenades.
