Talk:Final Destination 2
That is definitely not a S&W 22. Are you putting ANY effort into your IDs? I know revolvers can be hard, but things like the adjustable rear sight and the fact that it's stainless are quite obvious. --Funkychinaman (talk) 13:45, 11 November 2014 (EST)
- Stainless, full underlag, target sights... Not a Model 60, as it's 6-shot. Maybe snub nose Model 686? Greg-Z (talk) 13:53, 11 November 2014 (EST)
- It's some sort of Colt Pyton.--Genadiy Rjevich (talk) 14:39, 11 November 2014 (EST)
- No, you can see the S&W style cylinder latch in the second cap. --Funkychinaman (talk) 14:45, 11 November 2014 (EST)
- Lol, I totally don't see where you get a Model 22 of all revolvers with that piece.. bah. That said, this I believe is a snubnose Rossi Model 971. Main thing I go with on that is the wide barrel rib (which is not vented as with a Python) that curves up as a whole and then squares off right before the front sight ramp (S&W ribs are narrower and angle up with the sight). Also looks closer in shape to the Rossi, which I also believe is smaller (the revolver shown certainly doesn't appear quite as large as an L-frame Smith).
