Unknown PPK/Makarov type Pistol

From Metal Gear Solid V - The Phantom Pain E3 2014 Trailer: Ocelot is shown (apparently) giving shooting instructions to the Diamond Dogs mercenaries. One of the soldiers is practicing Ocelot’s characteristic from-the-hip firing technique with a small handgun, which is most likely inspired by pistols in the Walther PP and Makarov PM family tree.

S1000 Shotgun

Naked Snake uses the fictional "S1000 Shotgun", modeled after the Remington 870 while on Ocelot's white horse (yes, a white horse), against a fiery apparition resembling Colonel Volgin on an equally fiery apparition resembling a winged unicorn.

AM MSR-4

The FAL style rifle known s the "MRS-4", returns from Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes. It is part of the fictional "AM-69" rifle series in the game, and draws design influences from the FN FAL, the SR 88, and the Daewoo K2. It features a FN Para style stock, FN style side charging handle, cylindrical fore-arm with attached tactical torch, removable suppressor, and utilizes STANAG 5.56x45mm magazines.

The SAR-80 style "AM-69" returns from Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes. It is part of the fictional firearm series unique to this game which includes the "AM-69", "AM-69 AAS", and The AM MRS-4". They utilize features of the FN FAL such as the long front hand guard, Daewoo K2, and the SAR 80 to which they most closely resemble.

AK Variant

An AK rifle is seen used by child soldiers in the Red Band trailer. These particular AKs have ribbed dust covers with AKS-74U rear sights. They are also fitted with distinctly NATO looking flash hiders, non-standard forestocks, complicated lower recievers which don't appear to be based on any real-life weapon, gas tubes with a profile something like later AK74 ones (though the similarity falls apart beyond silhouette) Very long magazines (front-to-back) suggesting they may be chambered in something bigger than 7.62x39, wholly fictitious rear trunnions, and front sights bearing similarity to AK front sights only in the actual globe/shroud and post shape.

The second AK shown (which snake snatches from what appears to be a russian VDV soldier) is actually a completely different model, looking a little bit closer to a real-world AK74, though it appears to sport a dust cover with similarities to a Vz.58, a rear sight mounted to the back of the dust cover which looks, from pictures, similar to a Galil SAR's rear sight (that is, in addition to a standard AK rear tangent) and as with the mgs5 "AKM," a nato-looking flash hider.

Gun Shelf

During the presentation of his new Metal Gear Solid video game, Hideo Kojima made a demonstration of what the FOX engine was capable of. He most notably showed a conference room set, with this gun wall.

From the top left to right we have the "AM-69" assault rifle with scope, the "FB MR R-Launcher" recoilless rifle and display round, The "Sz.-336 SMG" (Ruger MP9), The "MSR-4" assault rifle, what seems to be a sawed-off Winchester Model 1887 lever action shotgun, a grenade launcher looking like a Milkor Stopper, and on the bottom row the "S1000" pump action shotgun, and a pair of "AM D114 Pistols", the right one equipped with a suppressor and tactical torch.

As seen at the end of the credits for Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes thanks is given to the airsoft manufacturer Tokyo Marui, so it is not unfeasible to suggest that they were contracted to build mock ups of the guns in the game.
