Ruger P95
Introduced in 1996, the Ruger P95 is a 9mm Ruger P89 with a high strength fiberglass-reinforced polyurethane frame, which reduced the weight of the pistol by four ounces. This was done to compete with other polymer weapons and also for ease of production. The Ruger P95 was popular but eventually was phased out by the Ruger SR series and discontinued in 2013.
